InnoVoTek Private Limited was incorporated in the year 2018 with the objectives of providing “innovative”, “technological” and “sustainable” products and services. Our activities aim at mitigating the impacts of climate change, enhances ecological services, restore biodiversity and increases livelihood support system of people. Our highly customized and practical solutions help individuals, institutions, communities, corporations and Governments to take carbon neutral pathways of development. InnoVoTek advisory services also helps our clients to integrate SDGs in their projects and programmes to contribute towards creating a more sustainable and just world.

Dr. Ilangovan - Director Research & Restoration
Dr. Ilangovan is an accredited ecologist & environmental scientist having more than 20 years experience. He has specialized in nature based solutions especially on ecosystem restoration of coastal wetlands and degraded habitats. He heads restoration activities in the company.
Dr Murali - Director Operations
Dr. Murali has more than 25 years of experience working with national international entities on environment, energy and disaster resilience aspects. He leads the team on forging strategic alliances, consultancy and project management services.
Mr. Ananth Swaminathan - Director Business Development
Ananth has more than 20 years of experience working on environmental management, business sustainability, Health & Safety aspects. He has completed MBA from the United Kingdom. Ananth is providing leadership to the business development of the company.
Dr K.R.Saravanan - Head Research
Dr. Saravanan is a seasoned ecologist. He has extensively travelled the entire coastal areas of the Indian Sub Continent for research and documentation. He also served in the Wildlife Institute of India as a senior researcher. Also carried out eco-restoration of coastal wetlands.
Dr M Anbarasan - Ecologist
Dr. M Anbarasan is a dedicated and experienced Ecologist with more than 10 years of research and restoration experience. His professional interests are deeply rooted in ecology and botany. He was previously with the French Institute of Pondicherry, FRLHT, Bangalore and other eminent institutions. He has published about 30 research papers, 4 book chapters, and a book.
Dr Sujana Dhar - Hydrology Specialist
Dr. Sujana Dhar is a seasoned hydrologist with 20 years of experience in flood hazard mapping and river basin management. She has worked with World Bank, JICA, ADB & GIZ as a hydrology expert in more 15 different projects.
Dr Venkatesan Chinnappa - Geospatial Specialist
Dr Venkatesan is a dedicated Geospatial specialist with a decade of experience in handling GIS tools. He has prepared geospatial maps for coastal areas, urban flood forecasting, forest cover assessment, desertification studies etc. He is a strong team player.
Dr. Pradeeps Muthulingam - Climate Resilience and Environment Specialist
Dr Pradheep is a committed Environment and Climate Resilience Expert. His strength includes environmental management planning, auditing, program management, capacity building and research.
Mr. Vivekanandan - Field Manager and Botanist
Mr. Vivek is a seasoned botanist and eco - restoration specialist with sound knowledge on best practices.
Dr Lasya Gopal - Sustainability Specialist
Dr Lasya provide leadership for our operations in Karnataka. She holds doctorate in resource management. She brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in rural development, renewable energy, watershed development, impact evaluation of development projects.
Dr.Karthick Jayabalan - Environmental Consultant
Dr. Karthick Jayabal is an accredited environmental engineer having more than 12 years of work experience. He has specialized in air quality modelling, climate change, GHG quantification and assessment.
Dr Swetha Balakrishnan - Ecologist
Dr. Swetha Balakrishnan focuses on project management, proposal development, review and curate reports. She holds PhD in Biological sciences.
Dr. P Sridhar - Ecologist
Dr. Sridhar bring with him extensive field experience on identification of flora and fauna. He holds PhD in Botany and good at taxonomical surveys, photography, preparation and preservation of herbarium specimens.
Sabarinathan - researcher and field supervisor
Sabarinathan holds MSc degree in wildlife biology. He undertakes field surveys and monitors our eco-restoration projects
Dinesh Selvam - RESEARCHER AND FIELD SUPERVISOR
Dinesh holds MSc degree in wildlife biology. He undertakes field surveys and monitors our eco-restoration projects.
Praveen Kumar - Researcher and field supervisor
